Crystal MacNeill

President and Chief Executive Officer

A founding member of Acentus Practice Management, Crystal joined Acentus after a 25+ year career in revenue cycle for healthcare organizations. Her breadth of experience has enabled her to turn Acentus into a high-growth organization which services 500+ healthcare providers and growing. Under Crystal’s leadership, Acentus has increased revenue, decreased days in AR by 50%, and successfully implemented billing systems without any decreases in cash. Her vision and leadership continue to guide Acentus toward its goal of being the physician RCM organization of choice.

With a firm belief in giving back to one’s community, Crystal has been involved in a variety of not-for-profit organizations and events over the years. She is also one of the founding members of the EPIC East Coast Core user's group.

Don Saleski

Executive Vice President of Sales

Don Saleski is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of business experience in management, sales, marketing, strategic planning, operations, human resources, and finance. He played with the Philadelphia Flyers (1973-1974 and 1974-1975 Stanley Cup Champions) followed by the Colorado Rockies for a total of 9 seasons in the National Hockey League.

Following his professional hockey career he enjoyed 18 successful years as an Executive with ARAMARK. His responsibilities began as a Director of Sales with ARAMARK corporate dining division which led to positions of increased responsibility: Vice President Sales Sports and Recreation, National Sales Vice President, Regional President Corporate dining and Area President Sports and Entertainment. As Area President he led the acquisition integration of Harry M Stevens whose customers included: Fenway Park, Shea Stadium, Houston Astrodome and Churchill Downs. He also served as Executive Vice President with SMG responsible for the acquisition and development of arenas in the US and abroad. In 2000 he was recruited by Club Systems Group, the premier technology provider in the private club industry, as President and COO.

Building on his successful career experiences, Don continues to seek challenge and growth. Currently he splits his time between his roles as Vice President of Sales for Acentus Practice Management and Business Development for Professional Receivables Network, LLC (PRN). Company growth is Don’s goal for both businesses. To date PRN has consistently grown at an average annual rate of over 11%, while Acentus has already doubled in size and is poised for continued, aggressive growth.

Don balances his life enjoying time spent with his wife and grandchildren along with giving back to his community. He is currently president of the Philadelphia Flyers Alumni and Chairman of the Board for BLOCS (Business Leaders Organizer for Catholic Schools).

 

 

Kathleen Sweeney

Partner

With over 20 years in the healthcare industry, Kathleen Sweeney serves as a Partner at Acentus, bringing deep expertise in high growth and start-up companies. Her ability to deliver profit and sustainability enabled Kathleen to attain several successful exits.

Kathleen has been involved in fundraising and support for various foundations including the Board of Directors of Cooper Hospital Foundation and the Board of Directors for the Garden State Cancer Foundation. She has also mentored professionals and female entrepreneurs.

A Wharton Fellow, Kathleen completed the Executive Education Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She earned a Masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors degree from Stockton State University, majoring in Business. Kathleen lives with her family in New Jersey. She is an avid equestrian and swimmer.
