  • Initially, when ramping up, Acentus provides custom training and support for staff and technical support
  • Follow-up training to provide additional Coding training & support if needed
  • Further training and support when adjustments are made to the process, based on trends identified in reports
  • Consistent feedback on revenue cycle issues to help manage practice operations.
